Steps to make to make Nutri Soya Chunks Gravy

  1. Take a kadhai, add water in it & turn the gas on medium flame.
  2. Now let it boil.
  3. When it starts boiling, add 2 Teaspoon Vinegar, 1 Teaspoon Salt & 1 Cup Soya Chunks in it & mix them properly.
  4. Now cook them for 8-10 minutes, till water is reduced to half & soya chunks turned soft.
  5. After 8-10 minutes, when they turn soft & water is reduced to half, turn off the flame & take them out in a plate, but don't squeeze out the water from them.
  6. Now take a bowl, add 3 Table Spoon Dahi in it with 1/2 Teaspoon Haldi Powder, 1/2 Teaspoon Laal Mirch Powder, 1 Teaspoon Kashmiri Laal Mirch Powder, 2 Teaspoon Dhaniya Powder, 1 Table Spoon Besan & 1/2 Teaspoon Garam Masala.
  7. Now add boiled soya chunks in it & mix them properly.
  8. Now keep the marinated soya chunks rest for 25-30 minutes.
  9. Chop Onions, Ginger, Green Chillies & Dhaniya Leaves very finely.
  10. Blend Tomatoes finely into puree in a mixer grinder.
  11. Now take a pan or kadhai, add 1 Big Spoon Oil in it & turn the gas on medium flame.
  12. When Oil gets heated up, add All Khade Masale & 2 Pinch Hing in it & let them sizzle.
  13. When they start sizzling, add finely chopped onions, ginger & green chillies in it & cook them till they turn golden brown in colour.
  14. After 5-6 minutes, when they turn golden brown in colour, add 1/2 Teaspoon Laal Mirch Powder, 2 Teaspoon Dhaniya Powder & 1 Teaspoon Kashmiri Laal Mirch Powder in it & mix them properly.
  15. Now cook them for 3-4 minutes.
  16. After 3-4 minutes, add finely blended tomato puree in it with 1Tea Spoon Salt so that they start releasing oil quickly.
  17. After 6-7 minutes, when oil is completely released, add marinated soya chunks with marination in it & mix them properly.
  18. Then cook them for 8-10 minutes on medium flame.
  19. After 8-10 minutes, add 1/2 Teaspoon Garam Masala, 1 Teaspoon Roasted Kasuri Methi, finely chopped dhaniya leaves in it & mix them propelry.
  20. Then add 1-1.5 Cup water in it & mix it properly.
  21. Now close the lid, turn the gas on low flame & cook them for 5-6 minutes.
  22. After 5-6 minutes, open the lid & stir them properly.
  23. Your Nutri Soya Chunks Gravy is ready to be served.
